The second Pre-ID window will be December 12 – 19, 2018. During this window you will be able to do your bulk additional updates to enrollments and/or accommodations. Paper materials will not be automatically ordered from records loaded during this time. You must order additional manuals or secure tests via the Additional Materials Order process.
The January 2019 Test Coordinator Manual, HSA Government Test Administrator Manual, and HS MISA Test Administrator manuals will be arriving to LEAs and schools on December 10, 2018. You can track this shipment on the Materials Management page in the HSA Portal. If you have not received your manuals by the 10th, please reach out the HSA Help Desk.
The paper test materials for January 2019 will be arriving in LEAs and schools on December 17, 2018. These materials were ordered off the upload files submitted in the first Pre-ID window for students marked for accommodations requiring paper. You can track this shipment on the Materials Management page in the HSA Portal. If you have not received your test materials by the 17th, please reach out the HSA Help Desk.
For those identified by their LEAs as Human Signers, and attended the Webex training on November 12, we will be sending out log-ins and access information for the ASL videos on December 17th.
Reminder: The certification test window is November 15 - December 7, 2018. The purpose of this test is to allow local students, schools, and LEAs to go through the steps necessary for operational testing. This should be treated as a mock operational test. The actual test content will be practice test items to help familiarize the students with the new testing platform.
The online practice tests are live via the HSA Kiosk and the Student Practice test login.
