The first Pre-ID window for the May 2019 Administration is February 19 – March 8, 2019. LACs must begin uploading pre-ID files to the HSA Portal as soon as possible. When creating the pre-ID file, please be sure to use the updated CSV template available through the HSA Portal and also provided on the Guides page under the HSA Portal Templates button.
Remember: The enrollments loaded during this Pre-ID window will automatically order your administration manuals and paper test materials. For any enrollments loaded after this time, you will need to order materials through the Additional Materials application.
The digital copies of May 2019 Administration manuals are ready and are posted on the Guides page under the MSDE Manuals button. The paper manuals will be arriving in districts and schools on April 8, 2019.
